Description
Unlocking the COLORS of Life- A workplace group focused on grief.
Sometimes grief can lock us away from the beauty and color of life.
Presented my painting on 11/17/11 to a private collector,E.White who purchased it at the Appleton Museum in of Art in Ocala Florida during the Healing Arts exhibit.
She said the painting had a personal meaning to her. See my Blog for photo.

Warren, this piece is uprooted from the very core of humanity. The true colors of mankind hidden deep inside is exposed. Thanks Warren for your kind comment. I'm grateful.

Thank you for exporing this! It is very nice to see what "others" see in the colours of life! Keep exploring! Your vision is teeming with life.

Glad to offer input. For you it is always positive. By the way, I misspelled a work in the first line of my comment yesterday. I meant to write "it" instead of "is". In any case, I appreciate and admire this, as well as your other paintings. The inset of the lock painting -incorporating it into the whole painting was and is an ingenious idea. After reading your description, I can also understand the concept of beauty and color can help us with our grieving. Of course, there is no cure for our loss, but the loveliness that we can find in beautiful works of art or the world of nature can at least help assuage our sorrows.
